Situated on a residential lake just outside of downtown Tupelo, this 4,200-square-foot residence reimagines traditional lakeside living through a lens of modern restraint. Designed specifically as a single-story home to allow for ease of movement through spaces, the plan utilizes a composition of connected pavilions characterized by steep gables and a muted material palette of brick, stone and timber.

The interiors are defined by expansive arched openings and double-height vaulted ceilings that enhance the sense of volume and light, creating an ideal environment for large-scale entertaining. From the sculptural kitchen island with its monolithic stone surfaces to the custom integrated banquette, every detail is crafted to foster a seamless transition between intimate family life and social gatherings. Large-scale glazing throughout the living areas ensures the lakeside setting remains a constant backdrop, anchoring the expansive layout in its natural context.
